There are two types of photoreceptors in the human eye:<\/p>

  1. The Rabbis:<\/b> Responsible for night and peripheral vision.<\/p><\/li>

  2. The Cones:<\/b> Responsible for central vision, sharpness and colours.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    In the classic form of the disease, the first to be destroyed are the Rabdia<\/b>. This is why the first symptom is difficulty seeing in the dark (Noctalopia<\/b>) and the gradual reduction of the field of view (Tubular Vision<\/b>). In later stages, the Cones may also be affected, affecting central vision and reading.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
